Hey Folks, I made the Cherry Almond Biscotti. I never knew I even liked Biscotti but they were a real hit. I don’t always use all the ingredients in a recipe if I’m running a little short on one thing. But, I stopped and bought a lemon specially for this recipe and it was sooooo worth it. The hint of lemon in every bite just popped! I never knew zest of a lemon could make such a difference. Check this one out, there’s not a sniff left. Enjoy Biscotti for your next recipe. Rose
