Red Recharger Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen tart cherries
  • 1/2 cup King Orchards Cherry Juice (mix concentrate 1:7 with water)
  • 1 cup fresh or partially frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 plain non-fat yogurt (or vanilla non-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in blender except nutmeg. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Recipe from Choose Cherries.
